Default MoP is back.

For those of us that was around before the first AoE nerf, MoP was the king of aoe. It took a massive hit after the first aoe neft, but the new ai LOVES standing in it.

don't believe me? try it out.

I find myself echoing that instead of SS when i have melonni in my party along with a triple chopping koss. if you place the MoP just right, two swings, the mob goes down. Plus master of whispers is my mm, so one volley from the fiends = dead everything.

remember, placement is everything.

Hella Good already said this. Said it in the post about SS being nerfed.

Including the part about using fiends and watching numbers get posted and bodies hitting the floor (didn't really say hitting the floor, but you know).

i used MoP w/ my warrior while PL'ing my heroes at Elona reach. i set up my necro hero as MM and got a couple fiends up. then i aggroed all the minos i could in one area and dragged them in the little circle where my heroes were. i slapped on MoP on one mino and i saw hundreds of -30's popping up and most of them were dead in seconds. good stuff

In PVE, I found if you cast it on the monks or the ritualists in the group and then attacked them, the monster warriors would rush into the area affected by MoP (apparently to save their squishies) and toast themselves.

I use a Dervish Hero with Crippling Strike. That fixes that problem.

If wiki was up for once, I would know what this MoP is. -.-

Edit: Still don't know the statistics.

>> I still use SS. It works very well in my opinion (besides farming), but I don't know how well in comparison to MoP.

don't get me wrong, SS is still great, but its more situational then before.

melee mobs ofter spend half the time chasing your casters around so SS doesnt get triggers, but mop will assuming you have ways to cripping your target.
